Speaking as a future (hopefully in a month or so) Swift Solo sailor I have
already obtained a commitment from my wife Stephanie to go to Florida next
spring. I agree with your assessment of this Northwest spring and would have
left for Florida long ago with any excuse. I think an event each year in
Florida and another on the west coast would complement each other well and
allow
maximum participation from all parts of the country. I'm hoping my boat is
one of the Swifts that you'll take to Florida in your trailer!
