Not much this month

This month hasn't been too productive - I've been getting up at 5am every weekday to erg 10,000 meters. This is the Holiday Challenge: row 200,000 meters between Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's been a while since I last did this... in fact, it was right before I started building the Swift, five years ago. Getting up at 5am, coupled with the fact that my younger son isn't taking naps on the weekends, means I don't have much time left for boatbuilding.
In January I'm thinking of changing things back, so I can dive into building again.
