Ok -- I'm aligning my station forms (yay!). Using a number of
different methods, I figure at most one form is out by at most 3 mm
(say, 1/8"). Is this accurate enough? (How accurate did you get your
alignment?)

I have drilled 3/8" holes through all the stations and can sight a
laser level through the holes on both sides; on the last station the
laser hits maybe 2mm from the hole.

I have clamped shims onto the w/l and then laid a strip along the
shims, and measured the distance from the strip to the shim; at most
3mm out on one, and most others are 0 or 1 mm.

I have very carefully sighted the length of the wings and ensured that
all of them match port to sb.

Any other hints? The real problem with this is that if I go in and
make a change, I'm afraid I'll be worse off than when I started...

Thanks
Warren
