Bram / others: A Nextel unit has two numbers assigned, the normal CTX number, in my case is: 810-650-3663 and what's called the DirectConnect number: 130*90*35522 DirectConnect is like using a walkie talkie. It's simplex and can be used without having to hold the unit up against the users ear (although you can turn off the speaker and use the earpiece).
