Jay is very qualified and should make some great sails.   The outcome will 
likely evolve around R&D time.  With  his knowledge of skiff sails, he should 
be 
able to get there relatively  quickly.  
 
Just a side note--Kris was not sailing with his normal crew and had not  been 
sailing an I-14 much this summer.  He's been building Oracle and they  pretty 
much lock him up for six days a week.  He'll be done a little after  
Christmas and be back at building  Swifts.  We really need the  boats!
