Contender vs. Swift-Solo

Finally downloaded the Contender video. Wow, that is inspirational. Which
leads to an obvious question; how does the performance of the Contender
compare to the Swift-Solo?

My progress has been stalled for a number of reasons. Seeing videos like the
Contender video helps me continue.
