I've been having a hard time getting a hold of Al who manages the class
site since my return from the NA's. Anyone knowing where he has gone,
please let me know. I'm assuming he is too busy to respond.
Your first year's dues should be included in the plans purchase. After the
first year, you should renew your membership. Bram may be able to give
greater detail but that is my understanding.

Robert,
Thanks for your kind greeting. I have been on this list now for a while
and
certainly agree with all that has been said in how welcoming you all
are. I
appreciate all the help I will get along the way.
Quick question. Should I pay my class membership dues now or later when
I'm
on the water. On a related note, I did see the class rules update notice
and
an indication that the updated edition will be effective 1st September
but I
could not find it on the class site. Is the document somewhere on the
web?
Regards & Thanks,
Kerem

A hearty welcome to you Kerem! I don't know how long you've been
watching
but I think you'll find that from start of construction to advanced
sailing. Almost every question is answered on the list withing minutes
of
being asked to the group as a whole. Feel free to use the mailing list
for
help. Oh and we love to see progress reports complete with photo's. One
can never get enough boat porn. On that subject, I think I'd rather be
teaching the advanced SIN 320 class :D
