Who really cares how it looks, its more about contents. I've suggested just
using Google or Yahoo groups in the past, which would make it easier to
transfer to the "next" guy.

Keep the overhead to a minimum so that the EC can work on stuff that helps
current sailors/builders. Like
sharing rigging ideas, sailing tips, measurement issues, how we will get an
official PY number etc,etc.... This will get more sailors out on the water,
more often and likely lead to more "real" interest, rather than all the sofa
sailing, which there appears to be a lot of.
